As such, the exam is usually conducted in multiple shifts, which means that there is variation in the degree of difficulty of questions. Each topic has its own level of difficulty. You'll need to decide which question format works best for you before starting. To evaluate an individual’s performance, IBPS normalizes their scores across different shifts of the examination. The normalization is done using the equi-percentile method. After normalizing the scores of candidates, the results of IBPS Clerk exam are declared.
