What is normalization process in SBI Clerk?

Normalization refers to the method used by SBI for evaluating the performance of applicants based on their relative levels of experience. As such, the exam is usually conducted in multiple shifts, which means that there is variation in the degree of difficulty of questions. Each topic has its own level of difficulty. You'll need to decide which question format works best for you before starting. To evaluate an individual’s performance, SBI normalizes their scores across different shifts of the examination. The normalization is done using the equi-percentile method. After normalizing the scores of candidates, the results of SBI Clerk exam are declared.
